We are entering a deliberate growth phase. The business has the brand, the reputation, the pipeline, and now the operating system to scale. We are building a small, elite team and we need one exceptional sales person to grow with us.
This is not a role for someone who wants to be managed. It is a role for someone who wants to perform.
What You'll Do
You will carry listings that our Principal, Hamish Bowman, wins and run them end to end. You will bring your own buyer network and your own relationships. You will generate your own listings over time.
What you will not do: chase photographers, write vendor reports, brief social media, coordinate open home times, or update the CRM. That is handled. Completely.
You show up. You sell. The machine does the rest.
