Job Title: Loan Officer Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced loan officer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing loan files from application through closing, analyzing credit applicant information, and reviewing income & asset documents.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process loan applications and schedule appointments with loan originators
* Schedule realtor meetings for assigned loan originators
* Submit complete loan packages for each customer file with the loan originator
* Monitor all requested documents in our system
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Spanish and English
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 years' experience required
