About the Role: As an Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service within the hospital. You’ll assist with client enquiries both in person and over the phone, coordinate appointments, manage correspondence, and maintain professional and efficient front-of-house support. You’ll also be responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative assistance, including word processing, data entry, record management, and coordination with other health units and community services. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times, you’ll help ensure seamless communication and organisation across the service.
