As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing strategic business and tax advice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use your expertise to manage client relationships, becoming their go-to advisor for business operations, regulatory compliance, restructures, and succession planning.
* Conduct financial modelling and strategic planning to drive business growth.
* Guide clients through complex tax matters, asset sales, acquisitions, and operational challenges.
* Review and quality assurance of junior team members' work, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
* Mentor and provide feedback to help team members grow.
Requirements:
* CA/CPA-qualified (or on your way) with a degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.
* 3-5+ years' experience in Business Services, ideally with leadership or mentoring experience.
* Strong project management skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
* A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
* Excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients, managers, and partners.
