Solar Mount Global is a proudly Australian-owned company delivering large-scale solar and infrastructure projects. We are expanding and looking for a Building Associate to join our team and support planning, site coordination, and project delivery.
What you'll be doing
* Assist Construction Managers, Architects, and Surveyors in planning and coordinating construction projects.
* Review, interpret, and prepare technical drawings, plans, and project specifications.
* Support the preparation, editing, and updating of working drawings, charts, and documentation.
* Coordinate on-site tasks, including workforce and material allocation.
* Inspect work and materials to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and specifications.
* Collect and analyse survey data to support project decision-making.
* Assist in estimating project timelines, resources, and costs.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and reporting.
You'll need
* Relevant construction qualification or experience (Building/Construction/Surveying).
* Experience in project coordination, site supervision, or construction support.
* Strong understanding of technical drawings and building codes.
* Organised, reliable, and safety-focused.
* Driver's licence is desirable.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
