Food/beverage attendant (coalcliff)

Join our team at Glenbernie Orchard! We're seeking a motivated, hospitality-minded individual to join our team in a diverse role that combines kitchen, retail service, bar duties.

• Provide friendly front-of-house service
• Assist in our kitchen making coffee and menu items when needed
• Serve tasting paddles and operate the bar (including changing kegs and cleaning duties)
• Monitor stock levels, assist with stocktaking, and recommend reorders before stock runs out
• Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash, and complete end‐of‐day counts
• Serve and upsell customers in the retail section
• Restock shelves and package orchard products such as apples, honey, and vinegar
• Assist with events and functions, including setup, service, and pack‐down
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards across all areas

• Friendly, customer‐focused, and reliable
• Previous experience in hospitality, café, retail, or customer‐facing roles
• Must be available Mondays and Tuesdays & Wednesday (weekend shifts available)
• Confident making coffee and preparing simple menu items
• Comfortable handling cash and managing stock
• Hold a current RSA certificate (NSW) - required
• Food Handling Certificate - desirable but not essential
• Access to a car (no public transport to Darkes Forest)
