Warehouse Manager
Location: Strathfield, New South Wales, Australia. Salary: A$100,000 – A$120,000.
Seniority level: Mid-Senior level. Employment type: Full-time.
Job function: Supply Chain and Management; Industries: Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing and Renewable Energy Equipment Manufacturing.
* Manage daily warehouse inventory operations, including classification, stacking, sorting, labeling, and coordinating inbound and outbound goods. Be familiar with the characteristics of inventory items, classify and place them properly to facilitate warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy.
* Strictly follow inventory receiving and dispatch procedures, accurately and promptly process all warehouse inbound and outbound documentation, and ensure goods and documents are always synchronized.
* Handle regular stocktakes, coordinate with HQ on stocktaking requirements, develop stocktaking plans based on actual conditions, and execute accordingly.
* Receive and assist a small number of walk-in customers and promptly address their needs.
* Manage local logistics channels, including but not limited to onboarding new logistics partners, price negotiations, invoice verification, and payment processes.
* Manage warehouse staff attendance, work allocation, and other daily tasks.
* Maintain close communication with various functional departments at HQ, and provide timely updates or feedback when issues arise.
* Monitor service quality and team performance, including call quality, customer satisfaction, response time, and other KPIs.
* Handle major customer complaints and crisis communication: provide quick and effective responses externally, and promptly relay customer concerns internally to ensure proper resolution.
* Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience.
* Proficient in office software; must be able to learn and use the company’s WMS (Warehouse Management System).
* Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong communication and logical thinking skills.
* Chinese and English are both required working languages.
