The Harvey Norman MalagaTechnology & Entertainment Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
What you'll do:
* Develop accurate and current product knowledge in yourself and others and demonstrate it appropriately with customers
* Comply with all standards in customer service and ensure all customers are acknowledged and served in a professional and timely manner
* Monitor sales performance proactively to achieve/exceed budget
* Comply with company policy and procedure in all aspects of customer orders, including ensuring all sales procedures are followed to maximise sales
* Contribute to the maintenance of the store atmosphere in accordance with company standards, including maintaining product and price ticketing
* Communicate and maintain relationships with company stakeholders, including suppliers
* Maintain quality standards and adequate stock levels of merchandise at all times
* Represent the company's reputation professionally at all times
About You:
* Experience working in a customer-service role, in a related industry (desirable)
* You're a highly motivated and results-driven individual with outstanding customer service skills
* Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
* Enjoy working in a team environment
* You'll have flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades
