**Key Responsibilities**:
- Craft comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals to boost brand awareness and sales in the local market.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media platforms, ensuring they are creative, targeted, and within budget.
- Perform ongoing market research to understand consumer trends and preferences, helping to shape future products and marketing approaches.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Manage the company's online presence, including social media accounts and website, ensuring content is up to date, engaging, and effectively optimized for search engines.
Regularly track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing reports to management and making recommendations for improvements.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin speakers are preferred.
