We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will bring expertise, maturity and strong time management skills to the role.
The position involves providing high-quality therapeutic services to NDIS participants in Wollongong and surrounding areas.
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, assessing participant function, interpreting findings, providing evidence-based interventions, mentoring early career clinicians and maintaining awareness of current legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage an allocated caseload of NDIS participants
* Assess participant function and provide tailored interventions
* Mentor early career clinicians and provide supervision
* Maintain awareness of current legislation and best practice

Qualifications and Skills Required
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A pro-active attitude and interest in developing your skills
* Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
