Purpose
As Concierge, you will be the face of hospitality, responsible for elevating our guests' experiences to the next level. You will play a crucial role in providing personalised assistance, local insights, and exceptional service, turning each guest's stay into a memorable adventure.
Primary Responsibilities
Foster genuine connections with guests, making them feel valued and comfortable during their stay
Assist guests with transport and travel arrangements, luggage delivery and storage, parking and valet services
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Offer expert recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
Promote seamless communication and cooperation among departments, including Housekeeping, Front Office (including Reservations), and Maintenance
Skills and Experience
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
A track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and excelling in high-pressure situations
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Have a good grasp of local knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and improve current knowledge
Drivers licence – possessing an open (manual) drivers licence is advantageous
Willingness to embrace a flexible rotating roster, including evening, weekend and public holiday shifts as required
