APG Workforce are currently seeking a Recruitment Assistant Coordinator based in Beresfield for a National leading industry in poultry processing.
You will be responsible for providing effective advice and administration support to hiring managers across the business through the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring compliance to policies, procedures and legislative requirements at all times.
Hours - Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Main Responsibilities include:
- Support, advise and coach hiring managers in relation to recruitment and selection
- Acts as the key point of contact for recruitment matters
- Load information into vSure for any new employees to conduct visa checks as per immigration requirements
- Responsible for maintaining sound HR records and filing in a manner which is easily understood and contains all relevant information ready in the case that it is called upon for legal reasons
- Carry out any general administration duties e.g. filing and photocopying where required
Experience Required:
- Tertiary qualification in HR or relevant discipline (Desirable)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience or knowledge of HR and/or Recruitment processes
- Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly build and maintain positive professional relationships built on trust across all levels of the business
- Ability to thrive under pressure and operate effectively in a fast paced environment
- Ability to professionally challenge hiring decisions when required or push back on stakeholders when required
