What You'll Be Doing
- Lead project delivery and mentor a growing civil team.
- Represent the company in key client and stakeholder negotiations.
- Help drive operational excellence and support the CEO in strategic decisions.
- Actively contribute to business development and growth planning.
What we seek in you
- 10+ years' experience in land development or infrastructure (urban/rural).
- Strong leadership credentials and a client-first mindset.
- Familiarity with the local market.
- CPEng highly desirable but not essential on pathway
- A drive to build, lead, and eventually take ownership.
