Our organization is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing the financial health of the company.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, providing strategic insights to guide the organization's growth, and making informed decisions by analyzing financial trends and operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Budgeting and Financial Planning: Determine, implement, monitor, review, and evaluate budgetary and accounting strategies, policies, and plans in consultation with other managers across operations, HR, and business development.
* Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide detailed financial information and interpret its implications for business performance and funding needs.
* Accounting Systems Development: Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of effective accounting systems and processes to streamline financial operations.
* Capital Finance and Operational Projects: Assess capital finance proposals and evaluate the financial status of ongoing or future operational projects, ensuring all are financially viable and aligned with the company's objectives.
* Investment Strategies: Advise on investment strategies, sources of funds, and the optimal distribution of earnings to support the company's strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a skilled and experienced finance professional who possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial management, budgeting, financial analysis, and accounting systems development.
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications such as CPA or CA would be an asset.
