Job Details
* Pay: Up to £44,000 per annum
* Hours of Work: Rotating shift pattern: 6am - 2pm | 2pm - 10pm | 10pm - 6am
* Week 1: Morning Shift
* Week 2: Morning Shift
* Week 3: Night Shift
* Week 4: Afternoon Shift Weekend on call
* Duration: Permanent

* Job Role: As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for completing mechanical service and maintenance on factory machinery including injection moulding machines.
Duties include planned maintenance checks (daily, weekly, quarterly), fault finding and breakdown repair, and working across pneumatic, hydraulic, motorised, and robotic systems.
You will also be expected to cover out-of-hours call outs as part of the shift pattern.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician / Engineer
* Excellent track record of troubleshooting and breakdown repair
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
* Experience maintaining Injection Moulding Equipment (as a Toolmaker or a Maintenance Technician)
* Qualifications related to Hydraulic & Pneumatic Engineering
* Qualifications related to Robotics Engineering/Repair
* IPAF
* PASMA
* Working at Heights
* FLT Licence
* Overhead Crane Licence
* Commutable From: Liverpool, Widnes, Runcorn, St Helens, Skelmersdale, Birkenhead, Southport
