Financial Analyst Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support the Claims Transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Track and manage financial data at a programme level
* Support budgeting processes, including cost tracking and monthly reporting
* Monitor benefits realization against initiatives and programmes
* Prepare monthly steering group packs detailing financial results
Requirements:
* Highly numerate with experience in managing financial tracking of change programmes
* Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and tracking against metrics
* Understanding of claims cash flow, profit, and loss for benefits baselining, measurement, and tracking
* A team player who supports programme members and a self-starter who can handle ambiguity
* Strong communication skills to explain financial positions to non-financial audiences
* Proficient in data manipulation within Excel
* Flexible to address ad-hoc issues and meet tight deadlines
* Challenge assumptions, provide evidence, and maintain audit trails in daily work
