**The Role***
- End to end data management of the data team including design, development, testing and implementation of data uplift projects
- Establish, organise and lead a data governance council to provide executive sponsorship and oversight for governance policy creation and compliance
- Providing thought leadership in data-driven insights that help support exploitation of strategic and tactical business opportunities, and be a champion for a data-driven, decision-making culture

**Your Profile***
You are a experience qualified data enthusiast with experience in end to end capability in data management from hands on engineering to building strategic insights in immature data environments. You will be able to communicate with stakeholders across IT and the business whilst providing initiative and intuitive thinking surrounding business process improvement. You must be able to understand the problem before trying to address the solution and your business partnering skills must be a key strength.
