About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and proactive Enrolled Nurses to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care. You'll support residents with clinical needs, maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive, person‑focused environment.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver safe, person‑centred nursing care in line with National Competency Standards
* Support Registered Nurses and supervise Carers as required
* Maintain accurate documentation and care records
* Promote independence, dignity and choice for residents
* Ensure infection control and Work Health & Safety compliance
* Participate in continuous professional development and team activities
What We're Looking For:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in a flexible, team‑focused environment
* Positive outlook and commitment to high‑quality care
* Understanding of ageing and dementia care
Essential Requirements
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
* Qualification from an accredited institution in Nursing
* Current CPR certificate
* National Police Check
* Pre‑employment medical assessment
