The Role
* Oversee the efficient and effective administration of enterprise networks and systems across a multi-site environment.
* Drive business technology transformation and modernisation initiatives aligned to organisational strategy.
* Provide technical and strategic advice for major Applications like Salesforce (CRM)
* Manage IT-related risks, including licensing compliance, cybersecurity, governance, and broader technology risk mitigation.
* Manage day-to-day IT operations alongside the delivery of strategic technology projects.
* Management of a small team of developers and IT support staff.
Your Profile
You are passionate about leading people and delivering projects end-to-end. You thrive in roles where you can take ownership from initiation through to completion, confidently managing stakeholders while remaining hands-on with technology.
Desirable
* Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with cross functional teams.
* Excellent Time-management Skills with an ability to prioritise workload in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent Problem-Solving Skills.
* Sound use of Microsoft technologies - Office 365
* Familiarity with PowerShell
* Familiarity with Power apps, SharePoint and Salesforce.
