Job DescriptionOur employer is seeking passionate Customer Care Consultants for their call centre at Biggera Waters. Multiple full-time and part-time positions are on offer. Role Highlights: Permanent roles with a supportive culture, assist families and carers via inbound calls, provide information on independent living and care solutions, contribute to community well-being.
Key Details: Full-time: 38 hours/week, Mon-Fri 7am-10pm, Sat 9am-4pm. Part-time: 30 hours/week, same hours, must work first 6 weeks full-time, rotating roster, released 2 weeks in advance, paid training and ongoing support, National Police Clearance required, must have full work rights in Australia for at least 12 months. Success Factors: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, proficiency with PC and multitasking, adaptability in a busy environment, eagerness to learn and meet KPIs.
