The Senior Risk Manager will play a key role in shaping the risk culture and strategy across our growing portfolio of digital ventures.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage risk for strategic and innovative initiatives.
* Work with senior stakeholders to explain and manage risk, compliance obligations, and operations within appetite.
* Support ventures as they scale by driving risk uplift through action planning, delivery, and reporting.
* Provide thought leadership to transform and strengthen risk management practices.
* Partner with the business to embed a strong risk culture, governance, and reporting.
* Identify and communicate risk management requirements, providing insights to senior leaders and governance committees.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Operational Risk, Compliance, or Program Delivery.
* Knowledge of financial crime, payments, and financial services licensing obligations.
* Experience working with financial services, technology, and transformation programs.
* A passion for digital innovation and staying ahead of emerging industry trends, controls, and risks.
* A strong track record of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to think critically and analytically, using data-driven insights to solve problems.
* Confidence working across multiple ventures and initiatives simultaneously.
