CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics (I&L;) Occupier business is a team of real estate specialists that help tenants identify and manage I&L; properties, ensuring their real estate requirements are in perfect alignment with their key business objectives. As market leaders, we offer tenants authoritative advice on all aspects of the leasing process and overcome even the most complex real estate challenges.
**The role**:
- Business development and generation of new engagements leveraging the CBRE brand, internal and external network.
- Management of current engagements - develop and implement processes to ensure regular communication and data is provided to clients detailing current transaction strategies.
- "Big picture" approach - cross collaborate across CBRE and share information with colleagues to drive optimal solutions for clients.
- Partner with clients and act as a trusted advisor to deliver a solution that exceeds their needs and improves commercial and operational outcomes.
- Strong advisory focus-provides a market leading level of service and expertise to all clients/tenants.
**About you**:
- Track record in an advisory role within commercial property preferably within the Industrial and Logistics market.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance or Commerce.
- High EI with people centric, client driven approach.
- Articulate, qualified and relationship driven.
- Team player with the ability to build relationships, trust and effective communication.
