School Caretaker
Our ideal candidate will have a background in property maintenance, preferably within a school environment. As a School Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our premises.
* Maintain clean, safe and secure school premises;
* Carry out cleaning, handy person activities, routine maintenance and refurbishment, porterage, and minor repairs;
* Promote health and safety around the school;
* Carry out daily cleaning and ad-hoc duties;
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience of building maintenance;
* Good knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations;
* Basic DIY skills;
* Good interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work with SEMH children;
* NCC required or willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check;
* A valid UK driving license and own transport.
