* Collaborate with hiring managers to complete job briefs, source high-calibre talent, assess suitability, conduct thorough background checks, and negotiate offers.
* Leverage data-driven insights and market trends to inform strategic recruitment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain talent pools aligned with current and future workforce needs.
* Provide expert recruitment guidance to hiring managers to ensure informed decision-making.
* Develop proactive sourcing strategies and leverage market intelligence to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
* Possess a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or be working towards it.
* Previous work experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR function is advantageous.
* Hold a valid Blue Card and National Police Check or be willing to obtain them.
