**What You'll Do:**
1. Achieve and exceed new business and existing accounts KPI's, Pipeline, & Revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
2. Work with existing and prospective Enterprise clients across New South Wales to drive positive customer experiences whilst achieving sales targets.
3. Develop and proactively execute against a strategic territory plan to achieve targets.
4. Drive cross-functional team engagement to ensure both existing clients and prospective client account plans are executed effectively.
5. Lead executive-level relationships with customer executives, and attend and present at quarterly business reviews.
6. Work closely with Channel Partners to drive revenue and support their partnership requirements.
7. Have a proactive hunter mentality focused on driving engagements for customers, prospects, and partners to generate pipeline and revenue for Mimecast.
8. Build and maintain relationships with new business prospects.
9. Manage reporting of KPIs and general CRM housekeeping.
10. Execute against a structured sales methodology and process.
11. Collaborate with other company functions to perform duties and support organizational development.
12. Monitor and report on activities, providing relevant management insights.
**What You'll Need:**
* Minimum 5-7+ years in IT or SaaS sales.
* Proven achievement against sales KPIs, pipeline, and revenue targets.
* Experience in both Direct & Indirect sales roles is desirable.
* Experience in value-based solution selling. Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger Sale is a plus.
* A proactive, data-driven, results-oriented mindset with a positive outlook.
* Comfortable in a high-performance, dynamic environment.
**Qualifications:** Degree level education preferred but not required.
The OTE salary range for this position is $290,000 - $430,000 base + benefits, reflecting minimum and maximum targets for new hires. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other benefits. Salary offers are determined by role, level, location, and individual capabilities.
