professionals who want to contribute to impactful government technology initiatives.Role Overview – ICT Change ManagerThe ICT Change Manager will lead the end-to-end ICT Change Management lifecycle across a complex enterprise environment.This role is responsible for ensuring that all system, infrastructure and application changes are assessed, authorised, implemented and reviewed in accordance with established IT Service Management frameworks and governance processes.Working closely with technical teams, service managers, delivery teams and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will coordinate and govern ICT changes to ensure minimal service disruption, strong risk management and operational stability.A key part of the role will involve facilitating Change Advisory Boards (CABs), assessing change risks, coordinating technical input and ensuring that all Requests for Change (RFCs) follow proper governance and implementation pathways.Key Responsibilities ICT Change Governance• Manage the end-to-end ICT Change Management lifecycle including submission, assessment, approval, scheduling, implementation and post-implementation review of Requests for Change (RFCs)• Ensure all changes comply with IT service management frameworks, governance requirements and organisational policies• Analyse and assess change requests to identify risk, dependencies and potential service impacts• Maintain accurate change documentation and governance records• Ensure appropriate approval workflows and governance processes are followedRisk and Impact Assessment• Conduct detailed risk and impact assessments for proposed ICT changes• Evaluate impacts across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms and network services• Ensure appropriate testing strategies, validation processes and rollback plans are in place• Work with technical teams to mitigate risk and ensure safe implementation of changesChange Advisory Board (CAB) Facilitation• Organise and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings• Coordinate input from technical SMEs, project teams and service managers• Present and evaluate change requests with stakeholders• Provide recommendations for change approval, scheduling and risk mitigation• Track CAB decisions and ensure implementation aligns with agreed outcomesChange Implementation Oversight• Coordinate with project delivery teams and operational support teams to implement approved changes• Monitor the progress and outcomes of implemented changes• Conduct post-implementation reviews to validate successful outcomes• Capture lessons learned and improvement opportunitiesService Management & Continuous Improvement• Track change management metrics and reporting indicators• Identify opportunities to improve change governance frameworks and operational processes• Promote ITIL best practices and enterprise service management standards• Support continuous improvement of ICT service delivery and governance modelsRequired Skills & ExperienceSuccessful candidates should demonstrate:• Strong experience in ICT Change Management or IT Service Management environments• Experience operating within large, complex enterprise ICT environments• Strong knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks• Experience coordinating change across multiple technical domains and delivery teams• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation and implementation of changes arising from Requests for Change (RFCs) within complex ICT environments.This includes:• Reviewing and analysing RFCs• Coordinating technical assessment activities• Documenting change requirements and implementation plans• Managing change implementation and review processesManaging ICT Change in Complex ICT Environments (25%)Demonstrated experience demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and operational stakeholders.Change Advisory Board (CAB) Facilitation (25%)Demonstrated experience facilitating Change Advisory Boards
