As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our establishment. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction
* Leadership and development of a high-performing team through coaching, training, and mentoring
* Management of inventory and financial performance to drive profitability
In addition to your leadership skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in a QSR or Drive-Through restaurant setting
