Liebherr Australia is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager - Customer Support WA, with occasional support to other senior leaders. This is a dynamic role requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion. 
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility and takes genuine pride in enabling others to succeed. You will manage and coordinate the General Manager and Leadership Team's calendars, meetings, and events, ensuring commitments are organised with precision and efficiency. As a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, you will represent the office with professionalism and poise. 
You will also take ownership of preparing and refining a variety of business documents, including reports, presentations, and briefing materials, while coordinating all aspects of domestic and international travel to support the General Manager's business activities. 
Responsibilities 
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including expense claims, purchase orders, and general correspondence 
- Maintain accurate and efficient filing systems and information management processes 
- Create and manage documents and spreadsheets, including mail merges, templates, and macros 
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion 
- Provide operational support to other members of the leadership team as required 
About you 
You're an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident working in a dynamic environment. You are highly organised, proactive, and capable of staying one step ahead. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, handling confidential information, and building strong working relationships across all levels of the business. 
What you’ll bring 
- 3+ years' experience in a similar Executive or Personal Assistant role 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with robust attention to detail 
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
- Strong organisational and time management skills 
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment 
- A proactive mindset, with initiative and problem-solving abilities
