This is a diverse and fast-paced role that will see you working closely with the Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day on-site activities to deliver effective and cost-efficient project outcomes.
This is a full-time role based in the greater Ipswich region.
The successful applicant will be suitably qualified and experienced with a previous civil construction experience.
Ideally you will have completed residential subdivision projects, if not experience across small roads, earthworks, services, utilities, infrastructure, similar sized projects to land development work.
You will also have a comprehensive knowledge of site safety and council guidelines.
Essential Skills and Attributes Background in Plant Operation, Construction and Delivery processes and experience in actual project delivery.
The ability to read, interpret and quantify project plans, standards and specifications effectively and communicate this information to the site supervisors as required.
Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to indirectly lead, motivate and influence others Strong safety initiative Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships What's next?
