We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization for our customers, ensuring exceptional service in each interaction.

Working within a friendly and inclusive team, you will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries. Your can-do attitude will be on full display as you take new orders and quotations, providing product and pricing advice and manage a variety of day-to-day enquiries.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our strong leadership team to further develop your career with us.

The Opportunity:

1. Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you'll also be interacting with our customers via phone, email and face to face to manage a variety of enquiries.

2. Preparing and following up customer quotes, entering and managing customer orders whilst supporting our sales teams.

3. Coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics process including compliance with any requirements and regulations, updating all necessary systems that manage orders.

4. Managing the relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience.
