The Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Corporate & Commercial team, working closely with experienced Partners across a broad mix of quality matters. You will work across a diverse range of matters, including:
* Corporate and commercial advisory work
* Intellectual property matters
* Mergers & acquisitions and business sales
* Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements
* Corporate governance and structuring advice
* Competition and consumer law matters
* Franchising and commercial arrangements
This is a hands‐on role offering strong client interaction and the opportunity to take ownership of matters, while working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions. The team is well‐structured, with established systems and processes in place to support high‐quality work delivery, mentoring and ongoing development.
About You
This role would suit a Senior Associate, or a strong Associate ready to step up, with around 3+ years' PAE in corporate and commercial law. We're also open to more experienced candidates (up to around 8 years' PAE). Ideally, you will have gained exposure across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
