The OSHC program requires a leader who can inspire and support a dedicated team of educators.
1. Oversight of daily operations for Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs with high standards
2. Key responsibilities include management development through professional networking, formal portfolio management, compliance officer family support officer rostering officer roles cultural mindsets such as being brave authentic thoughtful professional end year celebrations activities supported by service leaders guidance access peer network learning own children first aid CPR asthma/Anaphylaxis child protection training requirements current working with children check blue card consent demonstrated leadership skills strong understanding childcare legislation national quality framework standards my time our place proficient childcare management software xplor preferred platform interface opportunities mentorship career pathways.
