Job Title: Network Infrastructure Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to manage and optimise complex, multi-vendor network environments. This role will play a vital part in ensuring employees have reliable access to company IT systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and cloud-based solutions.
* Implement and monitor network security measures to ensure robust protection across environments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to maintain high availability and performance.
* Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, including designs, configurations, and capacity plans.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions and adapt to evolving requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Windows domains and networks in a corporate environment.
* Proven skills in client hardware/software deployment and support, including SCCM (highly desirable).
* Moderate understanding of routing technology, including Aruba, Cisco and Arista.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
* Experience with AI applications (Copilot) would be beneficial.
* Relevant certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft (highly desirable); must be an Australian Citizen eligible for security clearance.
