Administrative Support Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives. This includes coordinating functional activities, managing calendars, and preparing materials for meetings.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support and coordinate functional activities, both locally and nationally
* Lead and develop relationships with key stakeholders
* Coordinate international visitors and arrange meetings and team events
* File and retrieve documents and process departmental supplier invoices
* Facilitate facilities management of the Commercial Sales Office
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in supporting executive level directors
* Experience of using SAP or similar systems
* High level of maturity and ability to work well in a team environment
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Organisational and planning skills, ability to adapt and give flexibility
