About The Role
The Safeguards and Child and Adolescent Assessment and Triage Service (CAATS) Team is a dedicated Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) resource providing innovative and best practice care to children and adolescents aged 0-17 years experiencing acute mental health distress. Providing team leadership to, and coordination of, the multidisciplinary Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
Safeguards and CAATS team to ensure the provision of evidence based best practice care to children and adolescents with mental health issues. Providing advanced clinical services in line with their discipline within the Safeguard and CAATS team which is community based and will provide rapid, mobile, intensive and flexible short-term delivery of skilled evidence-based interventions to resolve mental health crisis both in the community and acute facilities.
