Marano's Fuel are seeking a reliable and organised Administration & Fleet Support Officer to support our Administration Team and Fleet Maintenance General Manager and the broader business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative duties
* Liaise with external stakeholders
* Provide support to General Manager Fleet Maintenance
* Assist and provide relief across administrative roles
* Assist and provide administrative support to other team members/Managers as required
What we're looking for
* Previous administration/accounts experience
* Strong organisation/time management skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communications/interpersonal skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office and cloud-based programs
* Willingness to learn
