Be part of the next era in family office advisory. As a Manager - Family Office, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial futures of high-net-worth families across multiple generations. You will be instrumental in integrating our Family Office services, encompassing Family Strategy, Intergenerational Planning, Governance and Education, into solutions tailored to each family's needs. With a focus on client relationships and holistic technical advice, this role offers a clear pathway to becoming a trusted family advisor, contributing to the growth and success of our clients and the firm.
What You'll do
* Support the integration of family strategy, intergenerational planning, governance and education to deliver comprehensive and holistic solutions for our clients.
* Apply your accounting and tax knowledge to support clients in achieving their long-term financial and non-financial goals.
* Contribute to managing client relationships by providing proactive and tailored Family Office services, ensuring excellent service delivery.
* Collaborate with internal and external advisors to build integrated, multi-disciplinary teams that meet the unique needs of each family.
* Continuously enhance the client experience, exceeding expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
About You
You are a technically capable advisor with the experience and confidence to hit the ground running. With 3 to 5+ years' experience in tax, private client advisory or financial planning, you combine strong technical expertise with the interpersonal skills needed to work effectively in a high trust, multi-disciplinary and sophisticated multi-family office environment.
You:
* Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Law or Financial Planning (with a specialisation in Tax highly regarded), along with a postgrad. designation such as CA, CPA or FASEA compliance.
* Bring solid technical capability in areas such as private client tax, trusts, and structuring - ideally from a Big 4, mid-tier, or family office background.
* Have experience drafting structured advisory outputs, including family charters, governance frameworks and family policy documentation, independently and to a high standard.
* Can confidently facilitate or contribute to family meetings, navigating intergenerational dynamics with professionalism, empathy and clarity.
* Think commercially and act with purpose, managing multiple portfolios while building trusted relationships with high-net-worth families through excellent communication, sound judgement and emotional intelligence.
