- 101 Residential_, part of the Scott Park Group is a quality award winning home building company based in Perth, building affordable but spacious two-storey homes. Through clever design and quality construction, a 101 Residential home makes the most of every precious square meter of even the narrowest block.
We are currently searching for a Construction Supervisor to join our team and service our Southern builds. The ideal supervisor will be eager to learn and adapt to an ever-changing industry and will have the ability to problem solve, along with a positive attitude and willingness to challenge themselves and go the extra mile. All of this whilst a strong focus on driving strong levels of production.
**_ The Role_**
**_ You will be responsible to;_**
- Build and deliver a portfolio of 101 Residential homes in line with relevant standards, quality controls, policies and procedures;
- Monitor trades and contractor performance and resources related to the program of works;
- Provide technical advice on risks, priorities and remedial strategies related to the residential construction program;
- Respond and resolve issues escalated from team members, trades and customers in relation to the construction of homes in a timely matter;
- Ensure efficient planning, scheduling and delivery of materials;
- Relationship building with trades, subcontractors and clients; and
- Ensure compliance of safe work practices and processes for self and others on-site.

- _Relevant trade qualification (desirable but not essential);_
- _3-5 years minimum experience in a similar role;_
- _C-Class drivers licence;_
- _Proficient written and verbal communication skills;_
- _Previous experience with ClickHomes (desirable but not essential);_
- _Proficient with computers and iPad; and_
- _Construction Safety Induction Card._
