Business Manager Role Summary
This is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate office procedures, including reception, scheduling appointments, correspondence, and maintaining accurate records;
* Supervise and direct school support staff, ensuring their workloads are managed effectively and performance standards are met;
* Approve timesheets, leave applications, rosters, and arrange relief for school support staff as required;
* Participate in strategic decision-making activities, providing input on financial management matters and supporting the Principal in budget preparation and administration;
