About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Cert III Assistant Educator to join our team at the Rose Nowers Early Learning Centre in South Hedland, WA. As a Cert III Assistant Educator, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting our qualified Early Childhood Educators in providing exceptional care and educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting in the implementation of engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs and activities
* Providing high-quality care and supervision to the children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and overall development
* Collaborating with the Educators to observe, document and assess children's learning and progress
* Maintaining a clean, safe and stimulating environment for the children to play and learn
* Communicating effectively with parents and families to build positive relationships
* Participating in team meetings, professional development and staff training as required
What we're looking for
* A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
* Experience working with children in an early learning or childcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Creativity and enthusiasm for engaging children in educational and play-based activities
* Commitment to providing high-quality care and supporting children's development
* A valid Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
