You will work closely with the Operations Managers to ensure rigorous clinical governance is observed in your team and that they have the operational efficiencies and clinical support needed to excel in service delivery.In this role you will lead a culture of clinical excellence, customer focus, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency through your team with the support of Senior Leadership.While the focus of this role is clinical and operational management and governance, Clinical Leads may be asked from time to time to work a shift taking program calls to maintain familiarity with the requirements and current issues.This is a permanent position, with hoursMonday-Friday between 8am-10pm. You will have a set weekly roster with some flexibility within these hours to suit your lifestyle. There may be scope for extended hours in the future though this would be negotiated if the need arises.This is awork from homerole and can be based anywhere in Australia.About You To be successful in your application for this role you will have:Qualifications and RegistrationA relevant clinical degree in Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Social Work.Unrestricted AHPRA registration, OR AASW membership with Mental Health accreditation for Social Workers.ExperienceMinimum 5 years' clinical experience in mental health, with at least 3 years in acute settings (e.g., mental health triage, inpatient units, emergency/crisis assessments, or community acute care).At least 3 years' experience in clinical leadership, with demonstrated coaching and performance management capability.Strong understanding of the Australian mental health system.Experience working in virtual, telehealth or contact‐centre environments.Other RequirementsA suitable home office with a private, confidential workspace.Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one).BenefitsGreat work life balance - as such, this role has lots of freedom to work from home and home could be anywhere in Australia!Impressive, 35% subsidised Medibank/ahmhealth insurancewhich can also include your pets, cars, upcoming travel, and house!
