From overseeing day-to-day operations to setting and implementing strategic objectives, you will play a pivotal role in driving the hotel's success. You will also be the face of the hotel and be involved in the operation, cultivating strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders to uphold the reputation of ibis budget Gosford. Responsibilities for the role include: Leading the overall management and strategic direction of ibis budget Gosford Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, predominantly owners, guests, and suppliers Ensure long term profitability of the operational departments and the hotel, maximising revenue and yielding opportunities. Conduct regular analysis on all departments to continuously improve productivity, quality, market competitiveness and service standards. Develop, inspire, and lead team members to create a great place to work that embodies our Heartist culture. Administrative duties for two days per week and front desk operations for three days per week.
