Our client has an exciting opportunity to join them on 9 to 12 month contract covering maternity leave as a General Administrative Assistant. This role will operate 3 days a week for the term of the contract.
**Role Overview**:
As a General Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of their dealership. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative tasks, including deal processing, banking procedures, and payroll. They value initiative and willingness to learn, and they are ready to provide the training required to excel in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process vehicle sales deals accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Handle banking transactions related to sales and other dealership activities.
- Be prepared to take on different roles and responsibilities as needed, ensuring the flexibility to support various departments.
- Utilise Excel and other software to maintain records, generate reports, and perform data entry tasks.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
