Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred, clinical care to aged care residents
* Complete and manage assessments, care plans, and reviews
* Administer medications and monitor responses
* Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and allied health professionals
* Support and lead care staff, encouraging best practices and skill development
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements
* Respond to clinical incidents and manage risk effectively
* Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
About You:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
* Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
* A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
* Willingness to relocate to rural Victoria - relocation support available
