We are now seeking an Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Psychology service and broader clinical teams.

About the Role
As an IOH Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative, operational and booking coordination for our Psychology team.
You'll also work closely with the broader IOH Health services, including Corporate, Training and Allied Health.
Your role is central to maintaining smooth clinic operations from appointment coordination and accurate record-keeping to reporting, communication and service delivery support.
You will be the first point of contact for many clients and stakeholders, so a warm, professional and proactive approach is essential.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing Psychology appointments, bookings and scheduling with accuracy and care
Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email and in-person enquiries
Maintaining high-quality documentation, reporting and record-keeping
Supporting clinicians, clients and contractors with timely communication and updates
Collaborating with the Administration Manager to implement consistent, efficient and scalable administrative processes
Contributing to measurable targets and outcomes across the administration team
Assisting other departments (NDIS, Rehabilitation, Allied Health, Training) as needed to support service delivery
About You
