We are seeking experienced and passionate chefs to fill a Line Cook position in our culinary team.
 * A proven track record of working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment is essential.
 * Certificate III Commercial Cookery/Patisserie Qualification is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
 1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.
 2. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by working effectively as part of a team.
Requirements
 * At least 1 year of experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
 * Familiarity with char or flame grilling techniques is an advantage.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. A flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays, is required.
