About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Coffee Complex as an Operations & Sales Coordinator. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth running of our operations in Keswick, South Australia.
What you'll be doing
* Service coordination: triage enquiries, schedule technicians, build daily runs and confirm parts for first-time fix
* Parts & fulfilment: order stock, pick/pack parts, book freight and track deliveries
* Sales support & showroom: greet customers, handle phone/email/walk-ins, run machine demos, help with pricing/proposals
* Systems & admin: keep the CRM (My Gadget Repairs or similar) up to date; use Apple Mail + Google Workspace; keep the showroom presentation-ready
* Liaise with interstate contractors for out-of-area repairs
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in scheduling/service coordination or sales support
* Excellent customer service and communication (phone, face-to-face, written)
* Strong time management, prioritising and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple tasks
* Solid computer skills (Apple devices + Google Workspace)

* Technicians scheduled accurately and on time
* Clear, proactive updates to customers and suppliers
* Parts/orders picked, packed and dispatched on time
* Demos and enquiries followed up promptly; tidy CRM and showroom`
