The Opportunity:
I'm are currently partnering with a well-established organisation to appoint an experienced HR Advisor into a standalone corporate role.
This role provides operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with managers to ensure best-practice people processes, compliance and workplace safety standards.
This is a hands-on advisory position suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing employee relations, recruitment, policy development and OHS coordination within a collaborative business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers and employees
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Lead and manage employment relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and terminations
* Coordinate performance review and remuneration processes
* Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
* Prepare HR reporting for senior leadership
* Oversee WorkCover claims and return-to-work coordination
* Support OHS compliance, audits, risk management and safety initiatives
* Ensure HR practices align with current employment legislation
To be Successful In This Role, You'll Bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline
* Proven experience in an HR Advisor or standalone HR role
* Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and OHS requirements
* Confident managing employee relations matters independently
* High attention to detail with strong documentation skills
* Able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business
