As a Group Product Manager - Automation, you will lead the strategy and execution for Atlassian's key initiatives. You will operate as an expert, with deep subject matter experience, while developing and mentoring a team of talented product managers.

Key Responsibilities
* Developing product strategy across multiple teams on a multi-year time horizon considering technical execution, GTM tactics, and business upside.
* Aligning partner teams and senior leaders with your product strategy, while incorporating feedback and ultimately driving partner team commitment to your roadmap.
* Coach and mentor product managers to build their skills in systems thinking, strategic decision-making, and effective communication.

Qualifications
* 15+ years in product management, with 5+ years of people management experience with leadership and development of managers and ICs.
* Experience building large-scale Platforms, working in the B2B SaaS space serving Enterprise customers; Ideally but not necessary around Automation.
* A track record for defining and executing Platform strategies that create business and customer value.
Requirements
* Real passion for collaboration and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Broad knowledge and understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS industry with hands-on experience of public cloud offerings (AWS, GCP, Azure).
* Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns.
