About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding position where you will be operating a motorcycle to deliver essential items to homes and businesses throughout the community. You will work independently, interacting with various individuals and being part of a team, which provides an excellent work-life balance.
The role is a full-time fixed term contract lasting 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
1. Loading packages onto your vehicle for delivery
2. Navigating through varying weather conditions to reach residential and commercial locations
3. Parking and storing vehicles safely when not in use
4. Collaborating with experienced mentors to enhance your professional skills and development
Your Requirements
* You hold a valid Australian motorcycle license
* Meet the requirements for our mandatory riding assessment
* Demonstrate flexibility in working additional hours as needed
* Show excellent attention to detail and physical ability to lift mail and parcels regularly up to 16kg
